lost some weight

omg i only weigh 64kg?? (was ~68kg)
if....the weighing scale in the doc's waiting area still in good working order....
yah i was at the doc's... for tummyache...

started 2-3 days ago after my dad brought back lunch....i think the noodle was too soaked...kena indigestion... it persisted till the next day and i started to laosai...

the next few days was kinda jialat... wanna fart also dun dare... hehe... i soiled a pair of shorts and a pair of briefs on 2 separate farting occasions le....heheh... was supposed to go riding with Ah Bao and ShiSheng the day after i first kena indigestion... but i tot i'll feel better after a nite's slp...i was wrong.... heng got the saddle putting a pressure up against my a**hole....else sure lao....end up i ended the ride early coz i feel fatigue... drained of energy....

doc says it's gastrointestinal infection leh... so it's either i ate unclean stuffs, or my speculation, the noodle turned bad in my stomach coz indigestion mah....and the clogged up guts also results in me only discharging liquid, coz all solids were choked!! aiyah...dunno....my speculutions....anyway....nv knew food poisoning is infectious.... doc ask me not to share food...

(did i mentioned tat 2 weeks b4 this i was away at Tahan, then Foot camp? so maybe i gained weight....not lost.....)

short account....

it's been some time since im back from Tahan....
to write an account on the trip...omg...too laychey....

in short, it was a trek of a lifetime... meaning to say... i'll only go there once in a lifetime!! haha.... it was darn shag... but frankly speaking...it was an experience... we were lucky, in my opinion, that it rained on the 2nd day... who'll haf a chance to trek along the ridges of mountain ranges with wind rising from one side and rushing over the other side...at the same time raining?! (not to mention that there was lightning too... no wonder RY say he feel "hum" at some point in that day) it'll blow u away, literally!

other than the usualy jungle trek, which makes up large part of the trek, we got to do come river crossings too....8 in a day! with many many leeches along the way.... i kena abt 4-6, cant really acct....there's quite a stretch of rockclimbing too.... virtually vertical walls which we need to find hand/foot holds to make our way up/down to the various peaks...

typical scenery we had along the ridges!!

there i m with the silver raincover....

river crossing in Day 1... cool eh?
