music to the ears

a friend (rockie) once pointed out an observation he had while he was on the MRT on his way to sch... some time back... he mentioned that he wondered why ppl juz sit very very still and boringly on the train even when they're plugged in (mp3, radio, etc) while himself is constantly shaking / moving to wadever tune that is playing in his player... he finds that ppl either dun express themselves enough... or they're juz boring... but we came to a conclusion that their players were juz not working... but remained plugged in so that they can slp and not give up seats to ppl they shld be giving up seats to.... haha....

haf joined the rat race for 5 mths le... one day this week i was walking home from buying dinner and was listening to "class 95- cartunes" and listening to the 2 DJs talking to a buy listeners... some jokes they cracked made me juz smile uncontrollably... that it came upon me that if i were to be always listening to the radio and even enjoying music / jokes, but not having any expressions, i'll be one of those termed by rockie as "boring" also!!

dunno leh...

mayb ppl are juz lost in transition (is that how u used that phrase?).. absorbed into everyday's life that it becomes sort of quite monotonous for them...

but then again it's is juz quite normal for ppl to be straight faced when they're outside by themselves rite...? especial now we're talking abt Singaporeans... known to be dao...

anyway.... still at work now lah... scanning some images...hehe.... doing OT....
