LIfe back to normal....

Ehhehee... exam over! finally..... seems like the longest exam i had ever taken.... (all exam seems to be the longest every time anyway....)

now im planning my time day by day... and wad haf i done so far?

went for dinner at some jap restaurant at some dark corners of Wisma... the set dinner is goooot...

watched The Incredibles! hey that show is nice...! i like Dash....funny kid

had a day of mountain biking (legs itchy!! and so...... i thrashed the trails! haha.. juz a short ride lar...)

and i juz nuuuahed today away....... enjoying life huh

wad abt the rest of the BS students? they r proceeding to the research proj that they were being offered.... in fact i heard they've started today.... talking abt this gets me mad.. real mad... only the top 25% of us r given a place and fundings in this programe for student research proj, the top few r even given pocket money! it's not like we're lousy students or wad.. juz tat we got a life to maintain and live mah...... i cant imagine myself going to library to study after every lecture to learn more.... i.... juz cant bring myself to do it... i need lunch.
( juz for a guage: >50% of my batch of BS ppl gets 3 or more A's)

wad abt average joe like myself? suck thumb.
yah it sound so nice, to say that we can also try to find our own proj, either within the sch or some outside organisation by our own means... but means that we gotta fund the proj!! where got money....?

in the first place the choice between NUS and NTU lies in the difference in the word "Technological".... now wad's happening? being the first batch of Bio students in NTU, we were promised "exciting curriculum", "cutting edge" of the life sciences...blah! unlike engineering students, we dun haf any Industrial Attachment.....

"we'll try to arrange for everyone to participate in a research attachment" and so HE said when we were in yr 1...

2 yrs later, yar, only the top 25% haf their hands on the research stuffs... 2 yrs and they only managed to do this? wad nice planning........ and u know wad...? "the rich gets richer, the poor only gets poorer...." talking abt having experience so tat we'll haf ease in looking for jobs next time... so where r we heading for?

maybe it's a wrong choice to come to NTU initially, or even i might even fare better in engineering.... watta do? now i haf only myself to blame for being so fickle-minded...ARGH!!!! I DUNNO!!!!!!!!!

hell with the books
i missed the feeling of the terrain beneathe my wheels man... it was shiok to be riding the trails at Bukit Timah and Track 15 yesterday! the sky was clear.... sun was high.... the buddies were there... and all of us were oggling at kokwee's new bike! SUGAR..... (so now i call him sugar daddy)

but boy, he looked disappointed yesterday... his rear shock failed to perform to his expectation. it felt like a hardtail, everyone says. haha.... insensitive guys... but well, we were juz being frank rite? we're biking khakis! but as ah bao had said, he'll be fine after a while...it takes a while for the shock to "eat in", else kw wld haf gotten used to it by then....

i love the feel of the trails and the sense of achievement every time i cleared a climb or manouvered my way down a steep descend.... haiya, i shld haf changed to knobbies instead of slipping the way thru with semi-slicks lah... din managed to clear one slope.... and i almost crashed into a bridge while cornering after a descend, coz i dun dare to lean too much in with those tires... nvm i shall try to get a pair of off-road tires soon....

.
look!! it's me hitting the BT trail!!
POSER!
(argh! ah bao took such a zoom out pic.... i took so nice one of him....)
